Inconsistent Movements

An iceberg and a river of lava both flow.

Yet my body-temperature poop can only ooze or blow.

It makes no sense that such organic matter.

Either drops like a brick or sprays with a splatter.

Please, someone, explain to me this chemical anomaly.
